Istanbul Medeniyet University Diabetes Research Center (DİMER) continues to address important problems in the field of diabetes. We are going through a historical process in the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in the last decade. With the introduction of SGLT2 inhibitors into clinical use, very strong evidence has emerged that shows a decrease in cardiovascular events in diabetic patients. In this seposium, world-renowned speakers will evaluate the SGLT2 inhibitors in all their dimensions.
